Just the word alone acts almost simultaneously as a noun, an adjective, a pronoun (she of course), and even a verb. For many people it marks the beginning of an inspiring life, an inspiring career, an inspiring tale of love. For me, Paris is to blame for opening my eyes to a way of life that has been long forgotten in the United States. A way of living and thinking, a way of rewarding our bodies and our land that, if not recognized and fixed right here in our country, will undoubtedly lead us to destruction. Sound a little like a comic book plot? Read on...I've been thinking long and hard as to how to start this blog. How to open up my idea and beliefs in the way that they unfolded for me, thus allowing you the chance to feel inspired yourselves! It is an incredible feeling, one that I hope to pass on through these words, as my experience begins to grow and change. I only hope for you that I am blessed with the good grace of eloquence, and that you are blessed with the openness of mind needed in order to take a step in this direction with me. With that, my dear friends, I begin.
Every story has its beginning. The story of Perfect Flavor is no different, however through its telling I hope to radically change your perspective on food, your environment, and most importantly: yourself.
